Born from an appreciation of quiet, considered architecture, craft and food, Porteous' Studio is a holiday retreat and creative space in the heart of Edinburgh. Host to supper clubs, designers, craftspeople and thinkers and homestead for weary travellers, the studio is the inaugural project of Edinburgh-based design studio Izat Arundell, namely Eilidh Izat and Jack Arundell. Constructed from natural materials, the interior is warm, tactile and ever so peaceful, offering those lucky enough to visit a welcome sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh's streets.
