Crocadon

Opening this Summer, Dan Cox's new farm to fork restaurant Crocadon in St Mellion, Cornwall, is much anticipated. A Roux Scholar, former Executive Chef of Fera at Claridge's and L'enclume, Dan has long been one of 2 Michelin Star Simon Rogan's core team and this is his first venture under his own name. As passionate about what his food is plated on as he is about the food itself, Dan has built a pottery alongside the restaurant where he creates bespoke ceramics for each of the plates he serves, both independently and in collaboration with other ceramicists. The restaurant, the pottery - and even a microbrewery - are all nestled within the barns at the heart of the farm and will showcase what can be achieved when different crafts and skills work together in harmony.
